Minimalism – both in architecture and in life shows us that quality is more important than quantity. More space and light, less unnecessary details. A person who is looking for simplicity and tranquility will always find it in functional, almost perfect minimalism.
The beauty of this project lies in the combination of the correct proportions, frugal forms, and a vertical glazing overlooking the garden and the waters.
Water became the central theme of this house. The mysterious entrance, which is hidden from the street behind an openwork gate, opens with a high hall after crossing the threshold of the house, overlooking the beautiful garden and the long viewing axis of the swimming pool.
The hall divides the ground floor into two parts – private, with a bedroom, sauna and cinema room, and living – with a living room, terrace and kitchen. By the kitchen, at the request of customers, a place bathed in the rays of the rising sun has been designed. Breakfast by a small, cozy patio surrounded by sun and greenery – can the day start any better?
