PANORAMA HOUSE

This house, blended into the greenery, is a harmonious combination of contemporary architecture and natural surroundings.

The location of this plot, surrounded by lush vegetation and vast expanses of greenery, inspired the creation of a house that subtly blends into the landscape and becomes its integral part. The modern architectural form is based on simple lines, natural materials, and a carefully thought-out relationship between the interior and the surroundings.

The building’s structure has been divided into smaller segments with clearly defined functions – living, sleeping, and auxiliary areas with a garage – arranged around a green courtyard and connected by glass passageways. This layout recalls an old farmhouse, where life revolved around a shared interior landscape.

The entrance to the house is preceded by a rhythmic sequence of stone slabs embedded in the grass, leading through lush, naturalistic plantings. The gate hidden in the hedge brings to mind a passage to another world, a portal to a mysterious garden – it arouses curiosity about what lies beyond. The vegetation, including tall ornamental grasses and flowering perennials, is an integral part of the composition, blurring the boundaries between garden and architecture.

Thanks to numerous glazed areas, the interior of the house is full of light and open to views of the garden and surrounding nature. The living spaces merge with terraces and relaxation areas, creating smooth transitions between the exterior and interior. Large roof elevations and covered terraces provide shade and intimacy, while giving the building a lightness.

The facade is finished with brick in a subdued, natural shade that perfectly harmonizes with the garden’s greenery. The wood used under the eaves warms up the whole and adds an additional natural accent. The minimalism of architectural detail meets the richness of nature here – the austerity of form is broken by the softness of plants and light.
