The project involves the reconstruction and extension of the existing industrial facility and its transformation into a residential building. The proximity of the river prompted us to propose an added living area, full of large windows with the view on the surrounding nature and picturesque landscapes. A bedroom, auxiliary rooms and a two-car garage are also located on the ground floor. The main private part is in the attic, granting a view of the surrounding area. Thanks to simple adjustments, the industrial character of the existing building has been emphasized by modern, but unobtrusive forms of glazing and terrace roofing.
